Responsive School

During the 2010-2011 school year our staff took the initial training in Responsive Classroom (RC1).  As a part of our implementation this year, our staff has worked to implement the “First Six Weeks of School”, the “Morning Meeting”, and have taken the time to build classroom and school wide rules.

Our three over reaching school rules are:

  • Re Respectful
  • Be Responsible
  • Be Safe

We apply these three rules to different areas of the building and different times of the day.  Below you can see copies of our school rule posters.  Our posters came today and are now visible throughout the building.
